Let's talk Lati

This is a comparison between Lati Yellow Renewal, Fairyland pukiFee, and Bobobie Erin.  Lati Yellow and pukiFee are very popular dolls of a similar size with lost of clothing and accessories available from high-end designers like DollHeart and on Etsy.  Bobobie Erin is a doll of similar size at a much lower price point, just $78 for doll, eyes, and face-up.  Lati Yellows are $215 for the basic versions (doll, eyes, and face-up), while a pukiFee is $252 for the same package.  And all of these prices do not include the additional shipping charges.  Of course, this is your jump off price, because these little ones will demand many awesome accessories.  Mine don't like to share much.  Not to mention that they develop a personal style which precludes the opportunity to share, as witnessed above.

Without further ado, let's take a look at the nekkid body comparisons.  I did not blur out any portions of these pictures, because these are afterall dolls-- not naked people.

This picture gives you a rather clear idea of the differences in body construction and jointing and basic size.  Feet are another very useful comparison photo.

Lastly, here is a comparison shot of the White Skin resins of Lati and Bobbie.  The Lati was produced for ordering period June 2010 and the Bobobie is only a couple of months old, so the resins may or may not have mellowed.  And they may or may not continue to mellow at the same rate.  This shot was taken indoors, in natural light without a flash.

That's it for the comparison.  I am getting into crafting for these guys right now.  Eventually, I'll be posting a few outfits for sale in my Etsy shop.

Next up:

A dress pattern for these cuties!
