Blue Cheese Dip and Dressing Recipe
5 to 6 oz. Good quality blue cheese
¼ cup Buttermilk
3 T. Sour cream
2 T. Mayonnaise
2 t. White wine vinegar
½ t. Sugar
¼ t. Garlic powder
½ t Worcestershire sauce
Three-finger pinch salt
- Mash together half the blue cheese and all of the buttermilk until mixed but still chunky.
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
- Now gradually add the rest of the blue cheese mixing and mashing gently with a fork until it reaches your desired blue cheese strength of flavor. I like to use it all, because I like strong cheese flavor.
